Our Products

Software Updates & Drivers

While a Software Subscription is in effect, you are entitled to FREE upgrades to your products as they become eligible for upgrades, usually one or two per year. Upgrades are defined as changes to the major or minor version number and are enhancements to the software (i.e. upgrading from version 3.3 to 3.4 OR from 3.4 to 4.0). Please note that products can only be supported or upgraded if they are within two versions of the current version. The current minimum version that qualifies for support and upgrades is 6.0.0.

While a Software Subscription Plan is in effect, you get unlimited support for your products including phone, email, and website support. Without a Software Subscription in effect, a Maintenance Plan is available that includes email and phone support for an annual fee.
